Develop mindfulness and meditation practices to deepen your capacity to unhook from the “inner singing critic” and to be more present and connected to yourself, your body and your unique expression as you sing.
Learn self-compassionate singing and meditative practices to strengthen your relationship with your voice so that you can keep moving towards your singing goals while staying connected to your heart, authenticity and well-being.
Experience embodiment and mindfulness practices to soften the common tendency towards self-judgement and perfectionism.

What is included in this course?
6 live online workshops where you will be instructed and supported in starting and sustaining your meditation practice.
Mindful Singing exercises as part of the live workshops to help cultivate focus, emotional connection and embodied singing.
Mindful singing coaching in the live workshops : singers will have a chance to be coached live on their repertoire utilizing the mindful approach.
Connection with a supportive community of dedicated singers.

1/30 minute 1:1 sessions with Christina to support you in your singing and meditation practice.
