A bit about me:

  • I am a voice teacher and coach deeply passionate about helping people discover their own unique singing capacities and connection to their voice. I offer online and in-person singing lessons as well as online courses on mindfulness and meditation for singers, singer well-being and navigating performance anxiety.

  • I am an opera singer passionate about classical voice sung with authenticity and heart. I am also a crossover singer who loves folk music, musical theatre and has a deep appreciation for many musical genres. I teach vocal technique with a whole person approach helping you to hone your singing skills as well as your mindset, stage presence and connection to yourself.

  • I am a meditator and trauma informed meditation instructor.

  • I incorporate Mindfulness and Alexander Technique principles into my work with singers.

  • I have a special passion for working with singers who want less performance anxiety/tension and more focus, freedom and authenticity on stage.

  • I believe profoundly that our voices find the most freedom when we can connect to the joy of expression and story telling. I also believe that cultivating a wiser and kinder relationship with all aspects of who we are in the process of singing allows for deeper enjoyment and vocal discovery on our singing journey.
